What is Photonics
Photonics is the science and technology of generating light,light detection, and manipulation through emission, transmission, modulation, signal processing, amplification, and detection/sensing.most photonic applications are in the range of visible and near-invisible light.
Photonics underpins technologies of daily life from smartphones to laptops to the Internet to medical instruments to lighting technology.
